The official rules that govern every Offli challenge: entry, verification, winning, prizes, and disqualification.

1. Sponsor — Apple is not involved

Every challenge on the Service is sponsored and administered solely by Offli, Inc., State of Delaware. APPLE INC. IS NOT A SPONSOR OF, AND IS NOT INVOLVED IN ANY WAY WITH, ANY OFFLI CHALLENGE, CONTEST, OR SWEEPSTAKES. Apple is not responsible for the administration of challenges, the verification of results, or the award of any prize, and no challenge is endorsed by or affiliated with Apple.

2. What an Offli challenge is

An Offli challenge is a contest of skill and self-control. Each challenge names one or more apps, a daily screen-time limit, and a duration in days. You win by keeping your own usage of the challenge's app(s) at or under the daily limit on every day of the challenge, verified on your device by Apple's Screen Time framework. There is no drawing, no random selection, and no element of chance: every participant who meets the requirement wins.

3. Eligibility

Challenges are open only to individuals physically located and residing in the United States who meet the minimum age for their state (18+, or 19 in Alabama and Nebraska) and whose state permits paid-entry skill contests. The complete state list is in the Eligibility & State Availability disclosure, available in the app (Settings → Legal) and at offli.app/legal/eligibility. Employees of Offli, Inc. are not eligible for real-money prizes.

4. How to enter

Join a challenge in the app before its join deadline and pay its stated entry fee from your Offli balance (some promotional challenges may be free to enter). The entry fee is stated before you join. Joining requires granting Screen Time permission so your result can be verified. Once a challenge has started, your entry is committed.

5. Winner determination and verification

A participant is a verified finisher if, for every day of the challenge, their device's Screen Time verification confirms their usage of the challenge app(s) stayed at or under the daily limit. Exceeding the limit on any day, leaving the challenge after it starts, or a day that cannot be verified (for example, because Screen Time permission was revoked or the app was deleted) means the participant is not a finisher. Verification results are determined by the data reported by Apple's Screen Time framework on the participant's device and are final, subject to Section 8.

6. Prizes

The entry fees of all participants form the challenge's prize pool. Offli, Inc. retains a service fee of up to 10% of the pool, and user-created challenges pay the stated creator reward. The service fee and creator reward are funded exclusively by forfeited entries (participants who exceeded their limit or could not be verified) and are reduced — down to zero — whenever forfeits do not cover them, so a verified finisher never receives less than their full entry fee back. In particular, if every participant finishes, all fees are waived and every participant receives a full refund of their entry. The remaining pool is divided equally among all verified finishers and credited to their Offli balance when the challenge settles. If no participant finishes, no prize is awarded and the pool is not distributed. If a challenge does not reach its minimum participant count by its start time, it is cancelled and all entry fees are refunded in full.

Prize amounts shown before settlement are estimates that depend on the final number of participants and finishers. Winnings can be withdrawn to a US bank account after identity and age verification, as described in the Terms of Service.

7. Disqualification

Participants who violate the Terms of Service — including tampering with Screen Time data, using modified devices, using multiple accounts, misrepresenting eligibility, or posting objectionable content — are disqualified and forfeit their entry fee. Disqualified participants' entries remain in the pool for the verified finishers.

8. Disputes

If you believe a verification result is wrong, contact support@offli.app within 7 days of the challenge's end; we will review the day-by-day verification evidence and may correct a result before or after settlement. All other disputes are governed by the Terms of Service, including its arbitration provision.

9. Availability of these rules

These Official Rules apply to every challenge on the Service and are available at all times in the app (on each challenge's page and in Settings → Legal) and at offli.app/legal/rules. Where a specific challenge states additional parameters (its app, limit, duration, entry fee, and minimum participants), those parameters are part of these rules for that challenge.
