End User License Agreement

The license that governs your use of the Offli mobile application.

1. License grant

Offli, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Offli application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to these terms, the Terms of Service, and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the application, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law or permitted by the licensing terms of any open-source components.

3. Screen Time and Family Controls

The application uses Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls framework to verify challenges on your device. You authorize this use when you grant the permission, and you may revoke it at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking the permission ends verification and may cause active real-money challenges to be recorded as failed or forfeited.

4. Apple-specific terms

This EULA is between you and Offli, Inc. only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the application. In the event the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.

Offli, Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product-liability, legal-compliance, and consumer-protection claims, and any claim that the application infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

5. No warranty; liability

The application is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offli, Inc. disclaims all warranties and limits its liability as described in the Terms of Service.
